OpenKnowledgeCorridor offers luxury yacht charter services, which include, but are not confined to:

• Day-long yacht hires
• Evening cruises
• Business outings
• Custom events
• Extended charters

All offerings are subject to availability and meteorological conditions. We may alter or cease services without notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For a charter reservation, you must:

• Be of 18 years or older
• Provide valid and thorough information
• Remit the required prepayment as indicated in your reservation confirmation
• Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking relies on payment receipt and our subsequent written confirmation. We maintain the prerogative to decline service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is dependent on vessel accessibility and favorable weather conditions. We'll endeavor to fulfill your requested dates and times as closely as possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are denominated in € and incorporate all applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise. Prices may shift without prior announcement.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Initial payment: 50% of the total charter cost at the time of reservation
• Final payment: To be completed 48 hours prior to charter departure
• Incidental costs (if any): Payable at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks are all acknowledged. Payments are processed through safeguarded, encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 72 hours prior to departure: Full refund minus any processing expenses
• Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: Half refund
• Within 24 hours of departure: No refund possible

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should our captain deem weather conditions as unsafe, we will propose to either:

• Reschedule your charter free of additional costs to the next suitable date
• Offer a complete refund if rescheduling is unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Problems

In case your assigned yacht experiences mechanical failure, we will aim to supply an appropriate substitute. If this isn't possible, a full reimbursement will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Passengers must:

• Heed all directives from the crew
• Utilize provided security gear as requested
• Make known any health conditions that could influence their security
• Stay within the assigned sections of the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Objects

The following are prohibited on board:

• Glass products
• Illegal articles
• Firearms or other weaponry
• Pets (unless previously given consent)

6.3 Behavior

Everyone on board should act in a considerate and respectful fashion. Should passenger actions create a risk or disturb other persons, we may cease the charter prematurely without issuing a reimbursement.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability does not extend beyond the amount paid for the charter. We are not responsible for:

• Personal injury due to a passenger's carelessness
• The loss or impairment of personal belongings
• Indirect or punitive damages
• Delays due to weather or events we cannot manage

7.2 Insurance Policy

Our operation is backed by substantial marine insurance, encompassing our vessels. Passengers should carry personal travel and possession insurance coverage.

7.3 Acknowledgment of Risks

Engaging in our charter services implies recognizing that nautical activities come with inherent dangers, and you agree to take responsibility for your safety and risks.

8. Changes and Itinerary Alterations

The company holds the right to adjust itineraries, pathing, or timetables due to weather, safety, or operational demands. We will strive to ensure alternate experiences of equivalent value.

9. Uncontrollable Events

Our company shall not be liable for halts, cancellations, or changes resulting from events out of our control. Such instances include, but aren't limited to:

• Extensive weather disturbances
• Natural catastrophes
• Government directives
• Port shutdowns
• Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Information Security

How we handle your private data is outlined in our Privacy Policy. Utilizing our services signifies agreement to our data collection and use, as per this policy.

11. Intellectual Propriety
